Dear Comrade,

            Please refer to the notice dated 3rd march 2009 for the CWC meeting on 12^th April, 2009 at New Delhi. Taking into account the various requests for the postponement of the meeting, it has now been decided to postpone the meetingto 19^th April, 2009.  The venue of the meeting will remain the same.   Kindly note the change of date.  The meeting shall be concluded on the same day.
