            Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Secretariat of the ITEF, CHQ will be held on 7^th May,2010 at Manishi Nath Bhawan, A-2/95, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, at 10.00AM to discuss the following agenda.

           

1.         Confirmation of the minutes of the last Sect. meeting held on 11.10.2009.

 

2.         Reporting of the outcome of the meeting with the Chairman, CBDT at Bangalore on 12.04.2010 on CPC and Outsourcing/Contractorisation.

 

3.         Reporting of the outcome of the meeting with the Member (P),CBDT on 16.04.2010 on Departmental issues.

 

4.         Approach towards the meeting with the Chairman, CBDT on CPC & Outsourcing/contractorisation, scheduled for 7^th May, 2010.

 

5.         Any other matter of urgency  with permission of the chair.
