Dear Comrade,

 

            As you are aware, the XXVII All India Conference is scheduled to be held at Mumbai from 10^th to 14^th February, 2009.  A report of the functioning of all affiliates during the period 2006-09 is to be presented to the Conference for its consideration.  You are requested to kindly send a brief report (not more than two pages) containing the functioning and important events that took place in your circle during the years  2006,2007 and 2008.  The report can be either in Hindi or English.    

 

The cadre-wise sanctioned strength as on 1.01.2009 of your circle is also required to be included in the Secretary's report.  You may obtain the same from the CCIT(CCA), if not available with you,and forward the same to the CHQ.

 

Kindly ensure that your above report and the sanctioned strength  reach the Central  Head quarters latest by 25^th of January, 2009, preferably by  e-mail (itef @ sify.com.) or by speed post.  Please note that preparation of all documents for the conference is in final stage and any delay in the receipt of the your report  will result in omission of such reports from wherever it is received belatedly.
