Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Secretariat of the ITEF, CHQ will be held on 7th July, 2011, at Manishi Nath Bhawan, A-2/95, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, at 11.00 AM to discuss the following agenda.
Agenda:
1. To review the issues discussed with the Chairman, CBDT on 19.04.2011.
2. To consider the resignation submitted by the Chairman, Disciplinary Committee and to discuss and decide about the re-constitution of the Disciplinary Committee.
3. Reporting of the repair work of the CHQ, Manishi Nath Bhavan, and related matters.
4. Review of Financial position of the CHQ and related matters.
5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
