Sub: 28th All India Conference at Mehsana,Gujarat-
We hope you are in receipt of the Notice for the 28th All India Conference of the Income Tax Employees Federation to be held at Mahsana, Gujarat from 21st to 24th February, 2012. You must have also received the programme details from the Host Unit, Gujarat Circle. Kindly note that the Inaugural Session of the conference starts at 3.00PM on 21st February 2012. All delegates must reach Ahmedabad latest by 10.00AM on 21st Feb. 2012 or at Mehsana latest by 1.00PM.
The Central Headquarters is preparing the Secretary’s report and accounts and to discuss other conference connected matters, the secretariat is meeting on 31st January, 2012. The Following Comrades will head the Steering and Credential Committees. Other members of the committees will be nominated later after Secretariat Meeting.

While most of the functions of the Committees are to be carried out at Mehsana, this intimation is to request you to send the resolutions, proposals for the amendment to the constitution etc. to the Chairman, Steering Committee at his address given above so as to reach him by 10thh February, 2012. Kindly ensure that while sending the resolutions by post, a copy of the same may be sent through e-mail at itefcentral @ Gmail.com.
The Subscription/renewal fees & Aayakar dues statements as on date have been drawn up. The same is enclosed herewith. You may kindly ensure that the payments due on these accounts are made prior to the conference. All the Circle General Secretaries are requested to send the cadre wise sanctioned strength and working in strength as on 31.12.2011 to the CHQ through emal/post after checking up the said details with the records of the Cadre Controlling Authorities. We must have accurate details of the Sanctioned/working strength of all cadres charge wise. This is required not only for the record but also to help us to formulate our view on the allocation of posts that would be created on account of Cadre restructuring.
We have been repeatedly requesting you to ensure that the target fixed for collection of advertisement tariffs to meet the huge expenses for conducting the Conference is met. Once again we appeal you to bestow your personal attention to this and forward the same to the Gujarat Circle without any further delay.
