As indicated in our Circular Letter No.D/11/18/2008 dated 21st November 2008, a National Convention on the above subject will be held at New Delhi on 12th December  2008. The Venue will be the FICCI Auditorium, near Mandi House, New Delhi. The Convention is slated to be between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM. It is being co-sponsored by All India State Govt. Employees Federation, Bank Employees Federation of India, All India Insurance Employees Association and the Confederation of Central Govt. Employees and Workers. We shall be grateful if the Comrades will inform us in advance of their willingness to take part in the Convention so that we can make necessary arrangements for collecting Badges etc.. All affiliates and COC may kindly inform us of the number of Comrades, who will participate the Convention by the 8th December 2008.

It has also been decided to organize a mass demonstration in all State Capitals on the same day jointly by the Comrades of the Sponsoring Organisations. The COC Secretary of the State Capitals are requested to get in touch with the leaders of AIIEA, BEFI and AISGEF and finalise the local programme as to the local requirements.

Yours fraternally,
