With deep sorrow we are to inform you that the former General Secretary of ITEF and the former Secretary General of Confederation of Central Govt. Employees and workers, Com.G.S. Gnanam , who had been admitted to a private nursing home at Chennai due to old age illness expired on 2nd August, 2011
We request all our circles to hold condolence meeting immediately. The ITEF Tamilnadu Circle will place on website a brief write up on Com.G.S.Gnanam. The ITEF Sectt. conveys its heartfelt condolence and pay our respectful homage. We dip our banner and flag in memory of this great comrade whose contribution to the building up of ITEF and the common movement of CGEs under the banner of Confederation was immense.
